After a decade of brewing out of a garage, Tyler Smith decided to turn his passion into his dream, find a much bigger space, and open Cooperage Brewing Company. Intrigued by sour and funky beers, he began experimenting with different yeasts, bacteria and barrel types to develop unique and compelling libations. Due to the lengthy process in the maturation of sours, Tyler will be providing us with fresh hoppy beers! Come down and enjoy some of the fruits of his labor! We will be pouring his session IPA called Coop, There It Is, a citra and mosaic blend IPA named Ed_Hops, and another IPA by the name of Megalodank!
